No Refunds
Once a digital product has been delivered (e.g., downloaded or accessed), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This is because digital items cannot be returned or "un-downloaded."
Exceptions
We may consider a refund only in the following exceptional cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- You did not receive the product due to a technical issue on our end
- The product is completely unusable and our support team is unable to resolve the issue
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with:
